Booking is easy. You can book right on this website using the booking form on your right hand side. Select your date and all of the options available for that date will show in the "select an option" drop down menu. Then select the number of Adults and Children that will be participating and click “Check Pricing”. Click the 'Check Out' button and you will be taken to a page where you can insert your personal details and pay by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard and use a secure server so that your private information is protected. Once your payment is processed you will be sent a voucher via e-mail with confirmation of your tour.

There is no need to reconfirm your tour. Confirmation is instantaneous -- your voucher is confirmation that you are booked on the tour. Once you have completed your booking, your voucher will be sent to you via e-mail with all of the details about where to go on the date of your tour, and what time. Bring this voucher with you to the meeting point and present it to your guide.

Hotel pick up and drop off are not included, and we do not currently offer this service. Don’t worry, all of our meeting points are very central and easy to find. By not automatically including pick up and drop off on your tour, we are able to offer you the best price possible for our tours.

You group can vary from being just you to up to 20 people total. There will never be more than 20 people in your group.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs on this tour as the Catacombs of Paris are not wheelchair accessible.

This depends entirely on you, and what you feel comfortable with. Many clients with non-severe claustrophobia have taken this tour with no problems, others decided it was not for them. There are some tight spaces but there are also many open halls. However, the tour does take place entirely underground.
