Your feedback is important to us, which is why we ask each and every one of our customers to share their impressions with us. We rely on your thoughts to continually better our tours and services so that we can hold our position as a leading tour operator offering quality products designed specifically with you in mind.
On this website you will find a feature which allows you to read customer reviews for each tour. This feature can be found on each tour page. On the left hand column there is a “Reviews” button, right next to the “Info” button. Click the “Reviews” button to switch from the “Info” view to “Reviews” view. For longer reviews click on the “Read More” link to read the review in its entirety. You can also use these links which will open each tour page with the Reviews column already open:
Only customers who have taken our tours are invited to leave tour feedback, but if you would like to leave comments about our website or Customer Service, or if you have taken our tours but did not receive an invitation to leave feedback via e-mail, just use the Contact Form on the right hand side of this page to send us your thoughts.
